Nicole knew she wanted to be a "creative" at age 5 when she first saw adman Darrin Stephens on reruns of "Bewitched." When young, she drew Snoopy for hours on end, years later she graduated from Tyler School of Art with a degree in Graphic Design.

Nicole's illustrations, hand typography, and design work have appeared in national magazines and she is the co-owner of the design studio, Bird and Banner.

 

A lifelong lovers of beautiful and quirky picture books, she is currently working on writing and illustrating her own. 

 

She is represented by Rosemary Stimola of Stimola Literary Studio.
